Access to Court Under Siege

Here we highlight as what we see as an ever increasing erosion of prisoners access to the court through denial of basic tools to litigate and outright harrassment and persecution of litigators. The courts seem  to be in collusion at worst, unconcerned at best. once in a while there is a breath of justice in court's rulings against DOC interference with court access.
